Shaw offers free wellness and nutrition coaching. Our expert wellness coaches and dietitians collaborate with you to assess and co-create a wellness plan, utilizing your motivators and strengths and identifying potential barriers to set long-term and short-term goals. Additionally, Shaw will pay you up to $800 annually for completing healthy activities, including getting an annual physical, participating in free wellness and nutrition coaching, going to the gym, and more!
