Mitsubishi Power offers three medical plans, so you can choose the one that fits your needs: High-Deductible Health Plan, Exclusive Provider Organization or Open Access Plan.




Health Insurance

New employees are eligible upon completion of one month of employment. All benefit-eligible new hires will be auto-enrolled into the 401(k) plan at a 4% contribution rate after one month of service.  Mitsubishi Power matches contributions up to 6%.

When you enroll in the HSA Plan, you may participate in a health savings account (HSA) through HSA Bank to help pay for eligible health care expenses not paid by your medical, dental, or vision plan. 
The HSA works like a regular savings account. You deposit funds, and your balance earns interest. The account is yours, even if you leave the company. You can use the funds to pay for your expenses now, or in the future

You and your dependents are eligible to use the EAP through Magellan at no cost to you. Some services offered: Counseling (in-person!), Health and Wellness Programs, Financial Consultation, and Legal Consultation.

In the event of a tragedy, Mitsubishi Power wants to protect you and your family. To help plan for your family’s security, Mitsubishi Power provides all employees with basic group life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) coverage through New York Life at no cost to you.
