Service Technician

Description
As a Field Service Technician for Atlas Copco's Compressor Technique division, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers within the Raleigh, NC territories. Your primary responsibility will be to perform maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of compressor systems, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will represent our brand's commitment to quality and reliability, collaborating closely with both internal teams and clients to address their needs effectively.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Conducting on-site assessments and diagnostics to identify issues with compressor equipment.
- Implementing corrective actions and performing repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Delivering high-level technical support and training to customers on proper equipment usage and maintenance.
- Documenting service activities and updating customer records to reflect service history and equipment status.
- Maintaining an inventory of parts and tools necessary for performing installations and repairs.
- Communicating effectively with the service team to ensure alignment on project status and customer feedback.
You have 1-2 years of technical experience in the mechanical, maintenance, or electrical field. Experience with the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics is preferred. Experience in HVAC a plus.
